“Innovative model of career development in ASO 911 Ltd.” - training, flexibility and competitiveness.
On 1st of August was commenced project № ESF-2115-01-11004 in implementation of CONTRACT ESF-2115-01-11003 entitled “Innovative model of career development in ASO 911 Ltd. - training, flexibility and competitiveness.” The project is funded at Operational program “Human Resources Development” – grant scheme: BG051PO001-2.1.15 “Social innovations in Enterprises”.
Successful realization will be the achievement of the expected results: social benefits of the employees, internal corporate training, flexible busyness of the personnel, career plans, possible multiplicative innovational effect and sustainability.
The common goals of the project are in strict accordance both with the planned aims determined in Priority Axis 2 of Operational program “HRD” – increase of productivity and adaptability of the labour force together with its competitiveness in the context of the goals of The Lisbon Strategy, and with the strategic goals of the Operational program itself, namely: improvement of the quality of life of the Bulgarian people through improvement of the human resources, achievement of high levels of employment, increase of productivity, access to quality education and lifelong learning and increase of the social inclusion.
In particular, among the main goals of ASO 911 Ltd. is to keep high standards in the various types of security services it provides.
Equipment of places for providing social benefits for ASO 911’s employees at their working places and the exploitation of these places aims at the improvement of the physical condition and training of the personnel, which directly reflects on the quality of the security services the company provides and on the execution of the duties of the employees working as “guards”.
